A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Specialist Medicine Division as the Network Manager for the Haeomoglobinopathy Coordinating Centre.
This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week and involves managing a large portfolio of Haemoglobinopathy services across NEL. You will be an individual with an excellent track-record in operational management, combined with the commitment and leadership skills to support delivery of an ambitious and exciting vision for our service.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient care and performance delivery along with extensive administration assurance and service development experience.

1. Experience of managing large groups of staff
2. Operational management experience
3. Experience of successfully leading and implementing service improvement projects.
4. Experience of managing a budget
5. Ability to understand complex issues, problem solve and propose solutions
6. Understanding of project management techniques
7. Well developed leadership and influencing skills with the ability to enthuse, motivate and involve individuals and teams, and have them understand the Trust’s and your performance expectations;
