Main duties of the job:
1. As a member of the Clinical Management Team, you will have the flexibility and opportunity to work at our Urgent Treatment Center at QMC, collaborate with the NEMS Management Team, and directly manage staff.
2. Your core purpose will be to provide clinical, professional, and managerial leadership to the clinical workforce across designated services: Out Of Hours/Clinical Assessment Service, Urgent Treatment Centres, and PC24.
3. You will serve as the professional clinical lead, providing a strong clinical presence, role-modeling advanced clinical practice, and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based clinical care to patients.

Job responsibilities:

Person Specification:
Qualifications (Essential):
* Registered Nurse with a first degree or equivalent evidence, or a registered healthcare professional with a minimum first degree
Desirable:
* Masters degree qualification
Experience (Essential):
* Significant post-registration experience in primary/urgent care, with current/continuous practice as a nurse/AHP
Desirable:
* Experience managing a diverse team of professionals
