Troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems reported via the ticketing system Manage end-user hardware setup and troubleshooting, including printers, copiers Maintain stock levels of IT equipment and support Office 365 applications like Email/OneDrive and Windows 10/11. Provide mobile phone support, including Intune installation for iPhone and Samsung devices. Troubleshoot AV equipment for presentations, webcams, and conference meetings via Zoom/Teams. Required Skills Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with IT support ticketing systems Experience with network troubleshooting and managing end-user hardware
