Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our close-knit team. As a key member of our educational support team, you will play a vital role in helping our students achieve their full potential. Your primary responsibility will be to assist teaching staff in preparing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and providing individualized support to our students with Autism and complex needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff. You should have prior experience working in an SEN environment and be familiar with strategies and techniques for supporting students with Autism and complex needs. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as Special Education or Psychology, is highly desirable but not essential.
