SALARY: £39,513 - £43,693 PLUS £1,491 SEN ALLOWANCE PER ANNUM

Ascendancy Partnership Trust (APT) is a newly formed multi-academy trust (MAT) with deep community roots across the Berkshire area, composed of a family of SEN schools all specialising in learning difficulties.Our mission is to provide the best possible education for children and young people with additional and complex needs.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager located at Addington School to manage the school’s budget, funding and procurement process and work closely with school leaders to ensure that Addington is a financially strong, learner focussed educational establishment.
You will have a professional finance qualification and experience of financial management within an organisation operating a substantial accounting system.With strong skills in financial analysis and risk management, you will be successful at financial forecasting, budget planning and will have the ability to report to a variety of audiences.
You will have office management responsibilities for a small admin team and will have experience of managing a team and the ability to think creatively and strategically to resolve problems and conflicts.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you will be able to demonstrate a high level of communication skills and will be committed to embracing the ethos of the school.
