Salary: Up to £55,000
School Type: Specialist Provision for students with Complex Behaviours and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH)
Key Stages: KS1–KS3

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Headteacher to join a specialised school in Stockport, providing vital support and education for young people with complex behaviors and SEMH needs. As Deputy Headteacher, you will:
* Play a key role in the strategic and operational management of the school.

* Develop and implement initiatives to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth across KS1–KS3.
* Collaborate with the Headteacher, supporting the school’s vision and delivering high standards of education and care.
