About this role:
The Senior Planner for the Attendee Qualification Center of Excellence (CxO Circles Team), will work alongside a team of contractors and be responsible for the review and categorization of attendees for exclusive role-based content and networking opportunities. This includes end-user and vendor tagging, as well as vetting applicants for segmented programming such as our CxO Circle Programs. They will also be responsible for pre-vetting clients for said programs, which will involve developing a positive working relationship with the relevant Sales and Services teams. A successful candidate will thrive in a quick moving environment and have a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, be able to adapt quickly to changes, be detail oriented, and have experience and flexibility working with different cultures and time zones.
The Attendee Qualification Team is a key stakeholder in the attendee experience, operating as a behind-the-scenes touchpoint of the attendee registration flow. Their tagging and qualifications directly shape the type of experience the attendee receives at the conference. Attendee numbers and CxO Circle Programs have increased substantially; this Senior Planner will be able to assist in pre-vetting responsibilities (new project from Senior Leadership), allowing the team to meet conference demand.
What you will do:
1. Ensure an exceptional experience for all conference attendees registering for our conferences
2. Review and categorize attendees correctly as End User or Vendor
3. Review and categorize attendees against our qualification criteria for CxO Circle Programs, ensuring the correct people are approved, therefore maintaining the integrity of those programs.
4. Collaborate with key internal partners across the business, maintaining a strong working relationship whilst identifying any inefficient processes
5. Regularly audit existing tags and approvals/declines, handling the escalations as needed
6. Pre-vet clients for the relevant CxO Circle programs
7. Provide status updates to the Manager and rest of the team where relevant
8. Communicate the team’s decisions clearly and effectively at a high level to our Sales/Service Delivery partners and on occasion, directly to clients.
9. Meet tagging and Circle Program vetting goals by priority and general opening dates
10. Escalate clearly and in a timely manner where appropriate
11. Experience willingness and ability to support destination conferences, both in-person and virtually
What you will need:
12. Bachelor's degree but would consider strong candidate with relevant experience without this
13. 1-2 years corporate experience
14. Strong organizational skills: able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
15. Client focused with proven customer service skills
16. Strategic thinker: able to work issues through to resolution
17. Proactive and decisive with a high sense of urgency
18. Communicative and collaborative with strong oral and written communication skills
