Role Profile Promote Safety and CI culture embedded into our site. Successfully meet production numbers required for the operation of carboard cores. Proactively undertake production analysis seeking improvements in process and methods of operating. Effectively perform QC checks on finished goods, record and minimise production waste. Proactively plan downtime for maintenance & cleaning. Manage parts inventory and ordering. Effectively train and monitor colleagues’ performance. Reviewing and adjusting training methods as appropriate. Effectively communicate to all stakeholders any issues regarding production. Flexible working patterns will be required. Person Profile Must have 2 years of experience in product manufacturing. Will have excellent team building and motivational skills. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage own time. Very good written and verbal communication skills and well-developed presentation skills Confident and competent in the use of Microsoft office applications (e.g., Word/Excel/Outlook). Ability to compile accurate data for KPI’s. Able to build rapport rapidly with colleagues.
