Primary School Teacher Full-time - Permanent contract We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced teacher for our Junior class. Salary £31,000 – £42,788 dependent on experience Start date: As soon as possible The Henslow and Evolution School is an OFSTED registered Independent Special School for young people with social, emotional and mental health challenges. Some of our young people are autistic, some have ADHD, almost all have experienced early childhood trauma. Our school is set across two sites, the Primary School is located just west of Shrewsbury in Bicton. We achieved GOOD with Outstanding features in our most recent inspection. We are looking to employ a qualified and experienced teacher who can deliver inspirational and engaging lessons for our young people and lead support staff to provide the best learning activities and nurture within a small class of up to five students. All of our staff are trained in Reflective Therapeutic Intervention, to ensure a consistent approach to our positive behaviour support and this compliments our bespoke approach to the holistic development of our students; academically, socially and emotionally.
