We offer one graduate programme (details below), but the opportunities sit within specific group functions. This graduate programme role sits within Asset Alliance Group’s IT Department. Over the next few years the team will be involved in a number of innovative investment projects, including the integration of the current business system with key new technologies. This is designed to unlock new opportunities for the business in insight, data and additional customer support initiatives.
The Graduate Programme
Our 2-year programme starting on 1st September 2025 is designed to provide you with the skills and experience to help you progress your career and contribute to AAG’s and Arbuthnot Latham’s continuing success.
The Graduate Programme is designed for candidates graduating in 2025 seeking an entry level professional position. It will be delivered in a way that immerses you in your department, provides overviews from other divisions of the Group, exposure to Senior Leaders and opportunities to work on projects. During the programme, you can expect to:
1. Work as part of a diverse team contributing to their team deliverables.
2. Build a breadth of experience through on-the-job learning including business analysis, process design, delivery of system enhancements, system support, maintenance, architecture, testing, project management and governance.
3. Take part in a structured training programme covering technical industry knowledge, professional and soft skills.
4. Gain an understanding of our products and services and how they meet the needs of our clients.
5. Be empowered to build your leadership skills and agile thinking.
6. Develop relationship management skills and build your professional network.
7. Contribute your ideas and knowledge to a project.
8. Gain exposure to senior leaders, mentors and different areas of the Group.
On successful completion of the programme, you'll be well positioned to take on a permanent role with us and begin a meaningful career in AAG.

If you are successful at the assessment we will be in touch shortly after to arrange the two-stage interview process. The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
