If you are looking to work for a company who offers great opportunity to learn and develop, offer a 4-day work week (with 1 Friday morning every 4 weeks), a profit share incentive and optional overtime during busy periods, then look no further and apply now Your Key Responsibilities for the Welder will be; Predominantly jig, stitch, and MIG welding Ensure completed products meet required engineering standards for dimensional accuracy and quality Use a variety of different methods to join materials, welding, riveting and bolting to product final assemblies Work as part of a team to achieve manufacturing targets To be considered for the Welder role you will have; Have a good understanding of and ability with steel welding processes (MIG) Have the ability to complete work to engineering drawings specification Work accurately, within timescales and to a high standard of workmanship Communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation Be capable of working without direct supervision and be responsible for delivery own targets Be self-motivated and work alongside colleagues effectively HOURS: 39.5 hours per week, 6am-4pm Monday to Thursday, 6am-3.30pm Fridays PAY: From £13.24 per hour LOCATION: Lowestoft TERM: Temporary to Permanent BENEFITS: On securing a permanent role with our client you will benefit from a company pension, employee discount, life insurance, yearly business performance bonus, sick pay and above statutory holiday Why work through Hales Group?
