Our client, a renowned global leader in the tech industry, is currently seeking an Android Developer to join their mobile team. Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the product and design teams to create exceptional Android application experiences.
* Develop custom native user interfaces using the latest Android programming techniques.
* Drive innovation and develop solutions for the Meta Quest Platform in Virtual Reality.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Solid experience in object-oriented software development.
* Expertise in Android application development using Kotlin/Java and the Android SDK.
* Strong ability to build maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing.
* Proven track record of leading technical projects and driving change within an organisation.
* Experience in multithreading programming and mobile memory management.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with React Native.
* Previous development experience on the Meta Quest Platform.
Education/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
