Job Title: Teacher of Business and Computing

Job Duties:
The Teacher of Business and Computing will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons in Business Studies and Computing to students. They will create engaging and interactive learning experiences, assess student progress, provide feedback, and support the overall academic development of students. The role involves designing curriculum materials, maintaining accurate records, and participating in school events and meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- A relevant degree in Business Studies, Computing, or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong knowledge of the UK education system and curriculum requirements
Education:
A relevant degree in Business Studies, Computing, or a related field
Experience:
Prior experience in teaching Business Studies and Computing subjects at the secondary school level
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and inspire students in the learning process
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using educational technology and software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or a related field
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment design
Working Conditions:
This is a temporary full-time position based in Yorkshire and the Humber. The role may involve some flexibility in working hours and participation in extracurricular activities or school events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
