Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an Insurance Client Executive to join their company.
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm. This role is working from home, as you will be on the road meeting clients. You will have access to the office in Malton or Hull if needed.
A competitive salary is on offer plus bonus, depending on experience.
Duties:
Deliver excellent customer service to clients, offering them accurate, independent insurance advice and support
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, colleagues and insurers to ensure clients are comprehensively covered
Negotiate with insurers to provide clients with a comprehensive insurance programme and value for their premium
Develop business by identifying and developing opportunities for both new and existing clients
Maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products and current sector conditions
Monitor and report on performance against agreed targets and objectives
Work effectively as part of the Commercial Team, collaborating with Client Advisors, Claims Advisors and other Client Executives to help achieve the wider company goals
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Executive
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
Basic computer literacy & numeracy skills
Ability to work to set targets and objectives
