The Assets Manager from a Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services background will manage performance and customer relations for the Association’s responsive maintenance service and assist the Director of Assets in the strategic delivery of a quality asset management service to the tenants.

Salary: £44,711 (SP35) to £54,971 (SP45) per annum

Criteria
To be shortlisted, candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
1. Third level qualification (HNC, HND or Bachelor’s Degree) or above in a mechanical, electrical or Building Services discipline
2. A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in reactive/response maintenance at a supervisory or management level, to include at least 2 years’ experience in minor works: value for money/benchmarking of costs, mobilisation of works and programme management.
3. Relevant experience that must include:
* MTC Contract management – mechanical, electrical & building fabric services
* Performance monitoring in a client-facing role (SLA’s & KPI adherence)
* Responsibility for customer engagement and satisfaction
1. Experience of constructing business cases, board reports and presentations
2. Experience of supervising staff, which should include directing/delegating work and dealing with problems including identification and resolution.
3. IT literate with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel, working with databases, spreadsheets, and setting budgets
4. A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport*
