About The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the leadership teams to deliver initiatives to build engagement, drive performance and address operational challenges. You will have experience of operating as a strategic and operational HR Business Partner - building lasting relationships with stakeholders. Your experience will include driving capability and performance, organisation design and development and managing change. Commercially aware, you will possess strong communication and influencing skills.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Be a trusted partner supporting leadership teams within client areas – Customer Experience & Managed Services and Finance.
2. Translating company priorities into pragmatic people plans.
3. Coach and support junior leaders to develop their people management capabilities.
4. Advising on complex people issues and ER casework.
5. Lead on the development & implementation of Claranet’s DEI strategy.
6. Develop existing People MI to provide analysis on key people trends with solutions to address issues.
7. Work closely with the L&D team to identify training needs and strategies to increase capabilities.
8. Work closely with the Talent team to hire the best talent.
9. Ensure there is a focus on talent management and succession planning.
10. Support the Head of People Partnering in driving and implementing the overall FY25 People plan that is aligned to company-wide strategic priorities.
11. Co-lead on people and culture projects including leadership development and a review of the company’s current appraisal process.
12. Ensure implementation of and adherence to employment legislation and company policies.
13. Act as a coach and mentor to more junior members of the HR team.
Teams to collaborate with:
1. Group HR and Operations – ensuring consistency across UK and Group functions where applicable
2. Learning and Development – linking workforce planning to learning and development offerings
3. Talent Acquisition – providing workforce planning and organisation design input to talent acquisition strategy and planning activities
4. SLT and SMT – for companywide strategic initiatives.
