Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team at SDS Talent. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of sourcing and placing top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels including job boards, professional networks, and direct approaches, to identify high-calibre talent that meets our clients' needs.
* Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required skill set and cultural fit for clients, providing them with tailored recommendations and advice on potential candidates.
* Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, provide insights on the talent market, and advise on sourcing strategies to deliver exceptional results.
* Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and keep them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process, ensuring seamless communication and a positive candidate experience.
* Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are kept for each candidate, allowing us to stay connected with top talent and react quickly to new opportunities.
* Job Advertising: Write and post job adverts that attract suitable candidates and reflect the client's brand, highlighting the unique aspects of each role and showcasing the benefits of working with our clients.
* Interview Coordination: Organise and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and a positive candidate experience.
* Offer Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation of offers between candidates and clients, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the outcome.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, ideally in an agency or consultancy environment, with a proven track record of delivering results.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively, building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, staying organised and focused on delivering exceptional results.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions for clients, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment software, databases, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies.
* Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions, remaining responsive and proactive in a rapidly evolving recruitment landscape.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
