What will you do?
This role is for a driven and hardworking Inside Sales Representative who is not afraid to take responsibility for the order-to-delivery process for several of our valued customers. You will also support other key internal departments, using your process knowledge and customer focus to drive our sales and continually improve our offerings.
Day-to-day, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, primarily within the distribution sector. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and tickets, ranging from quotations and orders to order progress updates and technical advice.
You will be part of a friendly, supportive team based in Wednesbury, West Midlands, who will provide you with the training and information needed to succeed at Fabory. Our onboarding program includes key topics such as SAP, an introduction to fasteners, and essential software like Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-centric individual with substantial experience in customer service or sales roles. You should be skilled at understanding customer needs and translating them into clear, actionable steps to ensure we can fully support our valued clients. The ability to work effectively under time constraints is essential, as you will handle large quotes and orders, and occasionally manage complaints. Working in a small team, strong communication skills are also crucial.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or sales.
* Background in the fastener and fixing industry.
* Proficiency in Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* SAP experience is a plus, though not required.
* Technical and product knowledge would be advantageous.
* Confidence in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
