Working as a part of an integrated team you would work closely within a broad MDT, including our medical team, AHPs and family support. About us Our community team is multi-skilled and multi-professional, that means nurses, medics, healthcare assistants, spiritual care, social work and occupational therapy. With a wide range of opportunities to develop specialist clinical interests and qualifications. The team works 7 days a week from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
