Role – Project Manager Technology - Technology |EUC | EUC - Others Location – London, UK Job Description AOR As a Regional SPOC and a Single point of escalation contact for the region to handle the scope of services across all Schedules (Incident Mgmt, Service Request, Branch Technicians, Dispatch Services, Project execution) Daily Operations – Work with Vendors, Infosys Leads on daily operations to ensure teams are following escalation mechanism, having right support to follow the established process in resolving Incidents related to Software, Hardware etc. Manage Client Escalations : Handle and resolve escalations from clients effectively. Governance Reporting : Establish Daily / Weekly / Monthly governance with Vendor / Infosys leads. SLA Review and Compliance: Review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure adherence Service Improvement : Continuously enhance service support delivery. Stakeholder and Client Management : Manage relationships with stakeholders and clients effectively.
