Key Responsibilities
* Motivate and support your team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Solve problems efficiently and delegate tasks effectively.
* Create a positive work environment where colleagues can thrive and develop their skills.
* Manage store operations, including freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management, in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
* Ensure that customers receive the highest level of service every time they visit the store.

* Able to delegate tasks and motivate your team effectively.
* Patient and friendly manner with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
