As part of the presales team, you will assist sales consultants with product demonstrations, process reviews, and product functionality advice. This will provide a strong product grounding while experiencing the key steps of the sales cycle, preparing you to move into a sales consultant role in the future. Responsibilities The role encompasses several key areas of responsibility, including learning and understanding Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Additionally, it involves assisting in sales presentations and product demonstrations, identifying client requirements, and proposing appropriate solutions. Supporting senior sales team members and developing and maintaining client relationships are also crucial aspects of the job. The position includes a comprehensive training program over three years, covering Business Central accreditations and The HBP Group Challenger Sales Programme. This role is designed to provide a strong foundation in product knowledge and sales processes. Knowledge & Experience (Required) To be our successful candidate, you will possess the following: Strong interest in technology and software sales Full Driving License Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team Player: Strong collaborative skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies Proactive and self-motivated Knowledge & Experience (Desired) The below skills are not required to be successful, however would be beneficial to the role. Previous placement related to Microsoft Dynamics. Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM/ERP systems Customer Service or Sales Experience.
