We are looking for a Digital and IT Systems Developer with proven experience in working with housing and care management systems or similar software stacks. You should be able to provide specialist guidance to colleagues at all levels. Expertise in document management systems, SQL databases, and process automation tools is essential for thriving in this position. Specific skills, knowledge, and experience we are looking for can be found in the person specification.
As the Digital and IT Systems Developer, you will report to our Systems and Data Lead and work alongside a team of developers. Your role will involve supporting the team on our ambitious digital transformation plans aimed at enhancing the user experience for our customers and colleagues. You’ll be tasked with identifying and implementing projects that positively change our digital systems and workflow. Additionally, you will contribute meaningful insights and recommendations regarding the current and future development, procurement, and implementation of our core systems.
Description
We are excited to offer this full-time position, working 36 hours per week, to cover a period of maternity leave for up to 12 months with a salary of £38,220 per annum (pro rata). We provide flexible working options, including the possibility of a 9-day fortnight, allowing you to have a day off every other week, as well as the chance to work predominantly from home. You will need to be present at our sites for collaborative work and to build strong relationships.
