Please see attached JD / PS for details. Manage a clinical caseload of patients with complex MSK needs using evidence based, patient centred principles. To assess, plan,implement and evaluate podiatric interventions in community settings and other setting including secondary care as required. Formulate simple and complex orthotic prescriptions and provide accurate manufacture data to the workshop in conjunction with thedepartment time frames and All Wales orthotic formulary and where necessary manufacture or adjust orthotic devises against clinicalindications. Work autonomously to provide expert advice to patients, carers and clinicians. This will involve podiatric assessment and diagnosis,understanding how specific morbidities, co morbidities and pathology present their manifestations within the foot, ankle and lower limb andthrough thoughtful, robust and prudent care planning, facilitate optimal clinical outcomes.
