Job Title: Crisis Hub Team Manager Job Location: UK Flexible Salary: £27,500 – £31,205 per annum Hours: 35 per week Contract Type: Permanent Our Crisis Hub plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our community during emergencies. Are you a skilled and compassionate Team Manager who can lead our dedicated team in responding effectively to crises? A Day in the life of a Crisis Hub Team Manager looks like: You will oversee the daily operations of our crisis hub officer team, who will be providing remote support to both our operational emergency response teams and managing our service user support line. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing team performance, and ensuring that our response efforts are timely and effective. You will play a key role in managing and developing our volunteer programme, staff training, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance our crisis hub capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Crisis Hub team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Develop and implement crisis response protocols and procedures. Coordinate with internal and external partners, including emergency services and community organizations. Monitor and evaluate crisis response activities, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices. Conduct regular training sessions and simulations for team members. Prepare reports and presentations on crisis response outcomes and improvements. Foster a supportive and resilient team culture. To be a successful Crisis Hub Team Manager you will have: Proven experience in crisis management or emergency response roles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure. Familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices in crisis response.
