You will be an excellent teacher ensuring high standards of learning for all children. You will be creative, empathetic to the needs of individual children, resilient, adaptable and a team player. It is essential as part of a small school you will have flexibility and willingness to contribute. This teaching role would suit anyone in the early stages of their career. Requirements
To be considered for the role of Year 4/5 Teacher you will:
1. Have experience teaching mixed year groups
2. Be comfortable and confident teaching Year 4/5
3. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
4. Have strong behaviour management strategies
5. The ability to work effectively as part of a small team

Salary
£30,000 to £41,333 per year - salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service and satisfactory professional references
