Role Overview:
We are offering a rare opportunity to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. You will leverage your communication skills and enthusiasm to identify new lead generation opportunities, via referrals from partners such as architects, interior designers, builders, etc. You will continue to nurture those potential partnerships to create successful long-term relationships.
You will also liaise with our field sales team to help manage any potential partners that they have sourced through their quotation visits with our customers. This is a brand new role, so would be ideal for a dynamic self-starter who thrives on managing their own success.

Responsibilities:
* Prospect for new partner opportunities through various channels (cold calls, email, social outreach, in-person)
* Research and identify key decision-makers within each business
* Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand how we can work together
* Effectively communicate our innovative blinds solutions and company USPs
* Follow-up and engage with all prospects/existing partners on a regular basis
* Deliver relevant marketing content to prospects
* Meet prospects in our showroom, via zoom, or at their premises when necessary
* Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate lead tracking
* Assist with customer enquiries/blind demonstrations in our showroom
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1-2 years B2B sales or related experience
* Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and objectives
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Strong research and analytical abilities
* Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented

Salary FTE: £30,000 (depending on experience, pro-rata for part-time) with OTE potential of £40-£50k
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm (office based in Ashford, Kent)
