Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Lancashire, Blackpool Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £120 - £150 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure continuity in learning Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment Assess student work and provide constructive feedback Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and parents Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to apply for one Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different teaching environments Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Previous experience working as a teacher or in a similar role Experience working with children and young people Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students Good organisational skills and time management Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in specific subject areas Experience working as a supply teacher in a variety of schools Working Conditions: Work hours may vary depending on school requirements Expected to travel to different schools within the designated area May involve working with students of various age groups and abilities All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
