Job summary The post holder will be expected at all times to work within the NMC Standards of Proficiency for Nursing Associates to meet with individual needs of the designated patient population. The post holder will be accountable to the registered nurse in charge of the ward/department for the delivery of nursing care to a specific group of patients. The post holder will organise own time and that of junior staff, delegating to junior staff and learners, and participating in teaching and education programmes for staff and patients.
