Responsibilities
Achieve and develop the sales of the store:
1. Take care of the customers and respect the selling ceremony
2. Present the products and the brand's universe to customers
3. Identify the client's needs
4. Be proactive concerning the product offer
5. Finalize sales
6. Develop multiple and complementary cross-selling
7. Ensure product exchanges
8. Take charge of special orders
Build customer loyalty
9. Collaborate in the management of stocks, restocking and inventories
10. List new products and their prices in store
Respect brand image
11. Provide a courteous welcome to customers and follow up on orders taken
12. Ensure the personalized follow-up of each customer in compliance with quality standards, by embodying the image of the brand
13. Ensure the shelving of products by ensuring their compliance with brand standards
Qualifications
Experience
14. Experience in the sale of luxury and fashion world with a strong shoe product sensitivity
15. Experience in customer service professions
Aptitudes
16. Excellent presentation and oral communication
17. Good knowledge of luxury sales and hospitality techniques
18. Strong sense of customer service
19. Adaptability, flexibility, team spirit
20. Fluent English
