Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working exclusively with a privately owned passionate business to recruit for an Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper on a permanent basis.
For this role, you will be managing all aspects of the nominal ledger, purchase ledger, sales ledger, and credit control and be AAT Qualified.
* Salary: £27,000 to £35,000
* Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm with a half-hour lunch and 2 x 15 min breaks
* Benefits: 28 days holiday and pension plan

The job will involve ledger reconciliations, chasing debtors, and purchase invoicing. This is a varied role, so applicants must be willing to be flexible in their duties, become a motivated member of a small close-knit team, and be willing to learn about the organisation as a whole.
* Experience of Sage Line 50 is essential
* Raising and processing sales invoices
* Supplier enquiries and dealing with debit notes
* General administrative duties supporting the M.D.
* Purchase Ledger
* Sales Ledger including credit control
