About the role Are you passionate about supporting people in your community and making a positive impact on their lives? We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Lifeline team, helping residents live independently and with confidence in their own homes. As Lifeline Services Manager, you'll be part of a small team delivering our Lifeline service, an important link between our customers and the support network they rely on. Your role will involve: installing, giving demonstrations and maintaining Lifeline units in customers' homes providing reassurance and assistance to vulnerable residents promoting our service and working with partners to enhance our Lifeline and Digital Service For this role, you will need: excellent interpersonal skills: you'll be supporting people at key moments in their lives a customer-focused approach: ensuring every resident feels valued and supported a proactive mindset: helping to develop and promote the Lifeline service The successful candidate will: be self-motivated, able to work independently and take a positive approach to resolving problems possess good organisation and IT skills have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience of promoting services to users and other agencies would be an advantage. Additional information This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week. The working days for this post are Monday to Friday. A full current UK driving licence will be a requirement of the role and the successful candidate will need access to a suitable vehicle as an essential car user allowance is included within the package (currently under review). Satisfactory clearance of a Basic Disclosure and Barring Check (DBS) is a condition of employment. Interviews will take place at the Town Hall.
