The Role Scope
To develop the training structure for logistics and ensure quality training is designed, delivered, and documented.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading the designing and creation of detailed training documentation.
* Working with internal experts to develop content and/or run training sessions.
* Selecting, coaching, and mentoring on-site trainers to ensure quality of training across logistics.
* Standardising all training sign-offs within Logistics.
* Keeping accurate up-to-date training records in a centralised system.
* Partnering with all areas of the business to document training requirements and assist with execution.
* Reviewing and updating training processes in line with business needs and objectives.
* Ensuring every role has a standardised training path from day 1.
* Continually looking to improve what we do and how we do it!
About You
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think creatively and strategically.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
* Ability to quickly adapt to changing company needs to manage and prioritise several projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
* Professional certification preferred (e.g., ILM, CIPD, etc.).
* Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
* Knowledge of various training methods including coaching, workshops, classroom training, mentoring, and e-learning programs.
* Experience in an operations/warehouse environment.
