Main duties of the job Provide senior scrub experience to the day to day running of the ophthalmic theatre to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient flow of the theatre pathway. The post holder will provide excellent care to all patients, with specific responsibility for theatres and the patient flow through the department, in line with departmental policies, practice standards, regulation and governance to provide high quality, cost effective care that puts the patient first at all times.
