As a Front Office Administrator, you will support the smooth running and objectives of the Front Office department. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission, and values.
You’ll have previous experience in a front of house or reservations role for at least a year and be competent using property management systems, ideally Opera, with a great knowledge of booking systems & sales and reservations processes. You will have tonnes of great stories of delivering first class hospitality and experiences to your guests, and you’ll demonstrate a positive relentless ambition to be at your best every day!

You Will Be Responsible For
* Answering telephone and email enquiries in a timely manner always ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Booking and entering room and restaurant reservation requests using the relevant systems
* Maximising revenues by up-selling guest rooms and hotel facilities
* Building relationship with our CAPA team and work closely with them to ensure all Grand bookings and correspondences are in place.
* Handling multiple requests at any one time while maintaining composure
* Working cohesively as part of a team and liaise with other key departments to perfect the guests experience with us.
