UC Corporate Support Specialist
Location: Rainford
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, permanent

We are searching for a motivated and customer-focused Corporate Support Specialist to join their Rainford HQ and play a vital role in supporting key business customers across a range of communication systems.

This role is part of the Corporate Support team, with responsibilities covering customer service and technical support for a wide range of UC (Unified Communications) solutions. The team are passionate about making a difference to their customers, and you’ll be a key part of that mission.
Delivering exceptional customer service to business clients
Providing 1st line support for on-premise and hosted PBX, SIP and connectivity products
Managing tickets escalated to 2nd/3rd line support
Assisting with mobile and UC provisioning
Logging and updating customer information in internal systems
Liaising with suppliers to ensure SLAs are met
Supporting the wider team as needed and contributing to a positive team environmentSuccessful Applicant:
At least 1 year of experience supporting Business Phone Systems
Strong understanding of VoIP systems (e.g., Gamma Horizon, 3CX)
Good technical knowledge of IT, LAN/WAN and communications
Able to build strong relationships with both customers and technical teams
Calm under pressure, with great time management and attention to detail
Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for continuous learning
KPI/SLA driven with a commitment to outstanding service
