Role: Commercial Proposition Manager

To own the design, delivery and launch plans for new propositions and services for the Pharmacy2U Online Doctor. The ideal candidate will work well with others, both internal stakeholders around the business and with our external clinical partner.

What you’ll be doing?
Work closely with the Head of Commercial and the clinical partner on the research, prioritisation and design of new conditions, products and services for the Pharmacy2U Online Doctor
Work with internal and external stakeholders to research the market, understand customer needs and understand how existing propositions and new opportunities can align with business objectives and commercial forecasts
Collaborate and drive the new proposition agenda with the external clinical partner, ensuring insight is incorporated into designs and thinking, balanced with effective control of clinical risk
Drive and develop new propositions or enhancements to existing propositions, working closely with Marketing on compelling launch plans and on-site content
Engage and lead key stakeholders from across the business (including, but not limited to, Marketing, Development, Customer Service, Finance, MIBI, Purchasing, Operations & Clinical) - championing the Online Doctor to the wider business
Monitor new proposition performance, identify opportunities to improve, and take appropriate actions
Participate and present in regular Trading and Project meetings with stakeholders around the business
This is a role that requires a positive mindset, provision of ad-hoc support where it is needed, contributing towards a workplace that is fun and friendly
Who are we looking for?
Commercial acumen with a good understanding of digital and offline marketing activities
Experience and ability to work collaboratively across departments, coupled with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Demonstrate drive, flexibility, initiative and proactivity in role and the ability to prioritise and organise tasks and workload and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, delivering against tight deadlines
Ability to use Excel at intermediate level
A positive mindset, provision of ad-hoc support where it is needed, contributing towards a workplace that is fun and friendly
Experience of developing and launching products and/or services
Experience of commercial management with the ability to interpret data/MI
Experience of working cross functionally to lead the delivery of a project or initiative
