Shipping Administrator
We are recruiting for a Shipping Administrator to assist our client with generating invoices and inputting data into the system.
Role: Shipping Administrator
Job Type: Full time - Temp to Perm
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with other departments to provide updates and report issues
* Liaise with customers to ensure requirements and bookings are being fulfilled
* Work in line with shipping regulations
* Assist other teams in preparing necessary documents
* Work with outside delivery companies to ensure collections/deliveries are made
Requirements:
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages & excellent IT skills
* Previous experience within Shipping
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* Ability to work towards tight deadlines and in accordance with relevant legislation
