The Role ~ PPC Specialist (Lead Generation)
We are looking for a PPC Specialist to lead the delivery of Google Ads campaigns across our agency client base. The role will predominantly focus on lead generation campaigns and will involve managing day to day communications, working to clear KPIs and providing context on performance.
The primary focus will be on Search platforms, Google & Microsoft Ads, however, there will also be the opportunity to deliver and develop our offering across other paid ad platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok & Spotify Ads.
* Set strategic objectives on an annual & quarterly basis, as well as defining key tactics for the team to implement each month.
* Guide clients on CRM integration and optimising to metrics across the sales funnel.
* Lead relationships across both our agency client services and senior leadership teams.
* Deliver strategic projects such as audits, market expansion, and new business proposals.
* Document key learnings and insights to help shape the development of our best practice.
* Develop the key processes that allow Paid Ads departments to run at optimal efficiency.
* Help build the Partners In Growth brand through social media & in-person events.
Who Are We Looking For

Required Skills & Experience
* We estimate that 4+ years of Google Ads experience will be required for the role, however, we are attracted to quality of experience rather than quantity.
* Experience advising on landing page structure, hooks and conversion optimisation is essential.
* Confident in building long-term relationships with clients.
* £35,000 - £45,000 salary per year.
* Quarterly performance bonus scheme.
