We specialise in large scale earthworks projects, site works, drainage, demolition, heavy haulage and shingle processing and sales. About the role:
* Manage the Rangiora sales yard and team.
* Manage customer sales and overall customer experience.
* Working with the marketing team, deliver marketing strategies.
* Coach, support and train Rangiora employees.
* Ensure the yard is well maintained and presentable.
* Working with the H&S team, maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
* Work with the finance team, maintain accurate sales records.
* Play an active role in employee engagement.
* Source new products and negotiate prices.
* Assist with the development and delivery of Rangiora yard strategic plan.
* Ability to work to the Taggart Core Values.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Qualifications in business management (Bachelors preferred).
* Full class 1 license.
* Proven leadership skills.
* Experience and knowledge working with landscape products.
* High personal standards and a positive attitude towards health and safety
