What you will be doing:
In this key role, your duties will include the following :
Key Responsibilities :
HR guidance and support for a number of sites although mainly Westbury
Employee relations including conflicts, disputes and grievances
HR policy guidance
Identifying training needs for teams and individuals
Recruitment support for Managers as well as involvement in the on-boarding process
Performance management support
Administration of employee benefit programmes
Some payroll involvement What you will need to succeed:
A proven record of employee relations is essential
The ability to keep up to date with employment law changes
Manufacturing / production experience and exposure to Unions would also be useful
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
Excellent IT skills including MS Office
First rate communication skills at all levels
The ability to manage a busy and ever changing workload
Your own transport is essential as you will be required to travel between sitesWhat you will receive in return :
