Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading a team to achieve excellent customer service and store presentation.
* Implement effective inventory control measures to ensure accurate stock levels and optimal stockroom organisation.
* Develop and lead a high-performing team, focusing on skills development, productivity, and job satisfaction.
* Work closely with other departments to identify opportunities for sales growth and customer satisfaction improvement.
