HARP is Southend-on-Sea’s leading homelessness charity and every year we work with around 1,000 local people to help them overcome or avoid homelessness.

Are you passionate about securing funding to make a real difference in people’s lives? Do you have a talent for writing compelling funding proposals and building strong relationships with funders? If so, we would love you to join our Fundraising and Communications Team as a Trusts and Foundations Manager (Maternity Cover).
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Proven experience in securing significant grants from Trusts and Foundations.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling proposals and reports.
3. Strong relationship management skills to engage and steward funders effectively.
4. The ability to manage multiple deadlines, ensuring timely applications and reporting.
5. A keen eye for prospect research to identify new funding opportunities.
6. Passion for reducing homelessness and commitment to HARP’s mission and values.
