Working Hours: Full time, 36 hours per week
As a Tesco Bank Customer Service Representative, you’ll be supporting our Credit Card and Club Card Pay Plus customers when what they purchase doesn’t meet their expectations, working to resolve issues and obtaining the customer’s refund where appropriate.
You’ll undergo onsite training and then be placed in our graduate bay before transitioning to your team, all while remaining as office-based colleagues. However, once you have reached competency in role, you can request to transition to a primarily remote working arrangement through our ‘Moments that Matter’ working model. This will allow you to work from home for most of the time, while joining colleagues in our offices for significant occasions, such as team meetings, development discussions, and social events.
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting our Credit Card and Club Card Pay Plus customers when what they purchase doesn’t meet their expectations
* Using the Mastercard / VISA Scheme or Section 75 frameworks to resolve customer claims, delivering fair and timely outcomes every time
* Providing exceptional service to our customers to encourage continued use of our products and services
* Carrying out a range of customer service activities, including handling customer cases and enquiries that are more complex or outside the norm
* Supporting business requirements by working on a variety of data management and analysis tasks
You will need:
* Customer Service experience with a background in Disputes is preferred but not essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, listening and empathy skills
* Comfortable with technology and the ability to use Microsoft Office
* A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience and finding the best outcome for our customers
