We are currently recruiting two Revenues Enforcement Officers to join us at a critical and exciting time as we bring our outsourced Revenues and Benefits Service back in house to be delivered by the Council. This creates a unique opportunity to shape and influence the development and delivery of a brand-new service.
Role Overview: We are looking for a candidate with proven track records of developing, transforming, and managing high performing teams and customer focussed services across all channels, exploiting technology to find innovative and automated solutions whilst keeping the customer at the heart of what we do.
