Training Qualifications
Essential criteria
* Allied Health Professional (SLT) educated to degree level (or equivalent) and eligible for registration with the Health Professions Council (HCPC)
* Evidence of Continuing Professional Development and post registration training to Masters level or equivalent.
Experience

Communication
Essential criteria
* Leadership and team working skills which demonstrate the ability to work with a wide variety of people at different levels of seniority and from different professional disciplines.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to receive and present highly complex, sensitive or contentious data to individuals and groups, overcoming barriers to communication
* Able to influence the direction and decisions of the Service, Directorate, Trust and, as required, external audiences
Planning and Organisation
