We have a brand new M block department opening to the public which will allow us to streamline our patient services and see patients quicker. You will be one of the first people a patient will have contact with in our department. Your role will be to ensure we efficiently book appointments for our patients and handle any queries they may have. Main duties of the job The post holder will primarily provide administrative and clerical support to the Radiology Department, which includes direct patient interaction. Responsibilities also involve data entry into EPIC and ICE computer systems.
