It means working with us has real meaning and impact, and you'll grow professionally and personally in ways you never thought possible.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end marketing campaigns, from strategy and planning through to execution and performance measurement. This fixed-term role is an exciting opportunity to drive the shift from one-off campaigns to integrated, always-on marketing initiatives that enhance engagement, acquisition, and retention.
You will primarily focus on awards and events marketing, ensuring the successful promotion and engagement of key industry events and recognition programmes. Working closely with Digital Marketing Executives, Marketing Campaign Executives, and other specialists, you will develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive attendance, participation, and awareness.
Collaboration is key in this role. You'll work alongside creative teams, digital specialists, sales and engagement teams, and external agencies to develop and implement high-quality campaigns that drive measurable results.

You'll have a proven track record in delivering multi-channel campaigns, working across digital ads, email, social media, partnerships, and events to create engaging, results-driven initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and commercially minded, with experience in using data to optimise campaigns and improve ROI. You'll also have excellent stakeholder management skills, working collaboratively with teams across marketing, sales, and engagement to ensure a seamless customer journey.
