Epassi UK is expanding their commercial teams and is looking for talented sales professionals to help deliver our mission of creating a fitter, happier, and more productive workforce. As a Client Sales Manager, you will source new corporate clients, execute full cycle sales, help implement what you have sold, and ensure your clients get value for money. About The Role
As a Client Sales Manager, you will work directly with the HR/Benefits teams within employers throughout the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, helping them explore active and healthy lifestyles. The role has come about due to company expansion. You will be responsible for building your pipeline, qualifying your opportunities, developing them, and closing. Beyond this, you will lead the implementation of the solutions you have sold, helping your clients deliver high levels of employee engagement with Epassi benefit schemes. We prize a collaborative culture, meaning you will be required to work closely with colleagues in sales, customer success, marketing, product, and finance to deliver outstanding experiences for our clients while achieving your personal targets. Most of the client engagement is via video calls, phone, and email; however, there are occasional in-person client meetings and attendance at industry events.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Be an expert in and represent Epassi UK's range of solutions.
2. Develop and execute a territory plan.
3. Prospect your territory via phone, email, and other communication methods to find new sales opportunities.
4. Manage your pipeline, progressing opportunities using a Strategic Selling methodology.
5. Maintain accurate and complete records of all client and opportunity related activity within the CRM.
6. Provide accurate sales forecasts to management and leadership.
7. Establish, nurture, and grow a network of senior individuals in HR/Benefits within your territory.
8. Advocate for the importance of health and fitness in the workplace.
9. Drive hard to meet your performance targets month-in and month-out.
Useful Experience and Attributes:
1. Experience (2 years or more) in a commercial role, with a track record of successfully achieving new business sales targets.
2. A willing and passionate hunter of new business, with an ability to identify and close high-value sales.
3. Experience and demonstrable success with outbound prospecting and building a healthy pipeline.
4. Consultative approach with experience in executing business case-led deals, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
5. Ability to produce accurate forecasts, set, and execute clear action plans.
6. Experience with sales tools e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, sequencing/cadences, LinkedIn (or similar).
7. Experience of using established sales methodologies e.g., MH Strategic Selling, SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler.
8. Background of selling into the HR function of organizations with 500 or more employees.
9. Experience working in the fitness or health screening sectors.
10. A strong belief in the value/importance of regular exercise and taking a proactive approach to looking after one's health.
11. Experience of selling SaaS/subscription-based services.
12. Growth-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, desire to learn and succeed.
13. Strong communicator, written and spoken.

Salary:
Salary Range: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
On Target Earnings: £60,000 - £65,000 uncapped
