Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Finance Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary About the role: The UK Firm Immigration team supports PwC and our people in managing all of the Firm’s sponsor licence and illegal working obligations. Compliance is at the core of what we do and due to the geo-political climate we work in a fast paced, ever changing environment, with laws becoming increasingly restrictive. This role will support the Firm and our people to ensure compliance obligations are met whilst delivering the firm’s strategic mobility, resourcing and commercial objectives. What your days will look like: Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to meet sponsor Licence holder duties, report requisite data to the Home Office, and offer management information to stakeholders. Ensure compliance by adhering to processes and controls, and identifying opportunities for efficiencies and simplification. Work with internal teams (HC, resourcing, recruitment, Firm’s Tax) and external Immigration advisors (Vialto) to ensure compliance with processes and procedures. Manage shared inbox and respond to queries. Accurately record and maintain employees' personal records. Facilitate the validation of eligibility to work documents for new joiners, regularly attending firmwide induction events. Provide routine guidance on immigration processes and legislation to colleagues. Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
